1) General rule
Because access is provided digitally and may be delivered immediately through a dashboard experience, refunds may be limited. However, we review refund requests fairly.
2) Eligible refund reasons (examples)
- Duplicate payment or billing error
- You cannot access the deliverable after reasonable troubleshooting
- Access was not provided as described on the Site
3) How to request a refund
Email support with:
- The email used at purchase
- Your order/transaction identifier (if available)
- A brief description of the issue
4) Processing time
If approved, refund processing time depends on the payment provider and method used.
5) Abuse prevention
We may refuse refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or repeated refund requests that indicate misuse.
